Cost ranges, timelines, and specifications mentioned on the Site are general guidance based on our experience and are subject to change based on project-specific conditions, material costs, labor availability, and other factors. Actual project costs and timelines are determined through our preconstruction process and documented in a construction contract.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that the Site content is complete, reliable, or error-free. Building codes, zoning regulations, material costs, and other factors referenced on the Site are subject to change and may vary by municipality and over time.

Licensing and Insurance

Timber Design + Build is a licensed general contractor in the State of New York. Proof of insurance is provided to clients upon request and is included in our construction contracts.

Limitation of Liability
